Hmm, I’m going to assume this might be the same person who asked for it before.  I don’t have the link, it is on the theme, but it does not seem to go to the person who made the layout anymore; I’m not being evasive here, I just really do not have the ability to help you out.  Try googling tumblr themes, or searching through the theme garden to see if it is there or if you can find one similar for your blog.

Hi there, I’m really not sure where the theme is from; I didn’t originally put it up.  I see there is a link to it, but it doesn’t seem to take you to the creator’s blog anymore.  Maybe one of the other mods will see your question and can help.
